We offer a number of programs you can enjoy from the comfort of your home.
Phone from Home
Designed to keep you connected and engaged. No fancy equipment required – all you need is your phone. Different programs are offered three days a week. Join 10 to 20 people on the line while engaging in brain stimulating activities or taking part in special presentations. A Seniors Association membership is not required.

State your name and what program you would like to sign up for (you can choose more than one).
You’ll receive a phone number, extension number, and conference number.
These numbers will be needed to call into your program.
Online Learning
German (Beginner)
For those new to German, this program focuses on the rudiments of German pronunciation, sentence structure, and grammar through reading, vocabulary building, homework, and simple everyday expressions.

Pilates (Beginner)
Strengthen your core muscles while focusing on overall spine health. Safely improve flexibility, balance, coordination, posture, and sense of well-being. Supply own yoga mat.

Simply Yoga (Moderate)
For both beginners and returning students, this steady paced yoga class continues a focus on core poses and modifications. Though no experience is needed, some good body awareness is recommended. Supply own mat.
