Volunteers - The key to our success

Helping members at the front desk
The Seniors Association Kingston Region has been growing and evolving for 33 years. The hard work of thousands of volunteers, including the nearly 700 active volunteers participating today, have kept it vibrant and dynamic for more than three decades.
A large portion of the volunteers are seniors themselves who help to create an association that they want to be a part of. They happily share their skills and experience working with the staff on committees, leading programs, and helping The Centre provide services to their fellow members.

Preparing Vista for distribution
A number of the volunteers enjoyed rich careers and they readily accept a variety of leadership roles that allow them to continue developing their professional skills. Others challenge themselves by trying something new. The Seniors Association works to accommodate the skills, interests, and time of those who are willing to help keep The Centre thriving.
