Line Dancing
Line Dancing is an enjoyable, healthy activity which combines several different dance disciplines (jazz, ballet, disco, swing, etc.) Benefits include reduced stress, enhanced memory, and improved strength, flexibility, and muscle tone. This form of dance requires that feet slide and glide across the floor so comfortable leather soled shoes are suggested.
Line Dancing I
You will learn basic steps and short routines at a reasonable appropriate pace. Different musical genres are used with varied tempo and rhythm. For people new to line dancing.
