The Seniors Association offers services in The Centre and in the community. Services are designed to promote healthy living, provide information, and assist seniors to “age in place”. All services are available to all seniors living in Kingston.

Some services include:

1. Foot care by qualified, experienced nurses
2. Drives to medical appointments
3. Help in and around the home
4. Frozen meals, some for specific diets
5. Support services for people who have had a stroke and their care partners
6. Arthritis clinic
7. Legal advice by a practising lawyer
